Course Description:
"An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure" Benjamin Franklin

Old Ben's famous saying was actually fire fighting advice, but we've adapted this phrase to be our benchmark for this two-part, E&O webcast. As practitioners of sound risk management, you know the value of this recommendation and, during each of these two-hour webcasts, you'll be reminded of the keys to E&O loss prevention.

Each part (two, two-hour segments) of this series focuses on a specific process of insurance production. Contained within each segment are tried and true measures to help reduce the most common exposures agencies face today. Added to this practical advice, the webcast will include two guest experts giving us the advantage of their unique perspectives.

Lastly, the webcasts will include a mock trial that is designed to highlight how easy the mishandling of new or renewal business can put the agency in the cross hairs of an E&O claim.

Presenter: Bill Perkins, AAI
