Certified Insurance Counselors Program (CIC): The CIC Program—the insurance industry's premier, proven source for practical, real-world education since 1969—offers practical and comprehensive technical knowledge in all areas of the insurance industry. Commercial producers with CIC designation earn 26 percent more money than their non-CIC counterparts. Expect to learn a lot, and use your new knowledge to begin doing your job better immediately.
Certified Insurance Service Representatives Program (CISR): The CISR Pgram, geared toward individuals in risk management and the related fields of insurance, accounting, finance, law, loss control, claims, and human resources, empowers outstanding individuals to provide exceptional customer service. Certified Risk Managers Program (CRM): Geared toward planners, protectors, guardians and risk managers, this program provides in-depth knowledge about identifying, analyzing, controlling, financing, and administering operational risks- and much more. CRMs increase their value to their organization because they learn how risks can interrupt the flow of earnings and how to proactively protect against those risks.
James K. Ruble Seminars (RGS): Advanced and specialty topics and camaraderie among a network of CICs and CRMs make James K. Ruble Seminars higher education at its best. Along with instruction by expert faculty and a chance to tackle the hottest topics, you can fulfill your CIC and CRM update requirement and earn CE credit for most seminars in all CE states. Associate in Insurance Account Management (AIAM): Conceived and developed by FAIA, the comprehensive AIAM designation is the only non-technical customer service account designation approved by IIABA's Best Practices Council.
