Citizens Changes and the E&O Angle Webinar
With the recent announcement by Citizens of policy changes plus the expectation that more is in the works, FAIA has teamed up with Eric Moberg of The Moberg Group (an E&O management specialist) to provide agents with a one-hour webinar designed to help agents manage the E&O risk associated with these changes.
During this program, we'll review Citizens' current personal and commercial policy changes. We'll then turn our attention to the E&O angle and define the standard of care Florida agents must adhere to relative to their insurance clients. Additionally, we'll provide some practical resources and best practices on how and why agents should be proactive in dealing with Citizens' changes...now and in the future.
