Vision and Mission
The FAIA Young Agents Council serves as the unified voice
for young agents in Florida and as the structure with which to perpetuate and nurture
the future of the Independent Insurance Agency System.
Through effective leadership and stewardship of resources,
our mission is to:
- Exemplify professionalism and ethical behavior
- Be involved in the legislative process surrounding our
industry
- Promote good community relations
- Foster an environment in which young insurance professionals
can interact with each other resulting in successful career paths for young
agents and growth for their agencies.
