Online/Early Tuition
| A $30 discount on course tuition is applied when students register for courses online. This feature is only available up to the Friday morning before the following week's classes.
After that time, the regular tuition rate will be in effect. Your name may not appear on the printed roster after that time, but you can still register via fax or US mail!

Regular Tuition
| This is the cost that is printed on our registration forms. FAIA offers both member and nonmember rates for classes.

Refund request received by FAIA prior to seven days of the class
| Refund requests submitted prior to a week of the class date incur a $25 fee. Requests must be submitted in writing. Email classroom@faia.com, or fax request to (850) 668-2852. Please submit faxed requests to the attention of Ashlee Jessup.

Special exceptions, such as medical and family emergencies
| These are handled on a case by case basis – call
(850) 893-4155, and ask to speak to someone in the education department.

| Transfer of student to a different class or substitution of one student for another | Only ONE transfer permitted without penalty per original registration at anytime up to the day before the class |
| Online classes | Once a student begins an online course, refunds will be prorated based on percentage of
completion of the course according to computer records. A 10 percent processing fee will be incurred. |

| Transfer funds to a different student | This option is not available with online classes. |
| Extensions | Students have 120 days to complete online course work. Extensions of up to 30 days can be granted upon request. Only one extension will be granted per course. Exceptions may be granted at the discretion of management in cases of medical or family emergencies.

| Webinars | Refunds are not available for webinars. However, FAIA will gladly transfer your registration to another webinar at a future date. Or you may make a participant substitution into this webinar or into a future webinar. This notification must be received no later than 48 hours prior to the webinar date. Please submit a written request to classroom@faia.com . Thank you.
