Cindy joined the Florida Association of Insurance Agents in September of 1980 as the administrative assistant to their lobbyist. In July of 1990 she was promoted to executive assistant to the president of FAIA. In 1994 she also assumed the duties of meeting planner for the association. This position involves planning FAIA's convention, planning session and other various meetings. She has also remained as the assistant to the president. Cindy is married and they have one son, Matthew. Her hobbies include gardening and many years of training in the martial arts.
