He writes technology related topics for many industry publications, and speaks at numerous industry events. Paul is here to not only oversee the technology of FAIA, he can also assist members with technology-related issues including but not limited to E-commerce, agency management systems, standards, disaster planning and recovery, and FAIA’s own web design/hosting products; which now proudly hosts well over 10% of FAIA’s member’s web sites.
Paul brings with him the knowledge of two sides of a very complex industry. He is a licensed Florida general lines agent as well as a systems analyst with a background in software development. His industry designations say it all. The AIT (Associate in Insurance Technology) for the technology background, the AAI (Accredited Advisor in Insurance) for the Insurance background, and the CPIM (Certified Professional Insurance Man) show his commitment to the insurance profession.
