FAIA proudly presents the ASSOCIATE IN INSURANCE ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT (AIAM) designation!
The most comprehensive insurance account management training is now available! The Elite Customer Service School The AIAM designation is the nation's most respected mark for those in property-casualty account service. The curriculum of study is presented in a live classroom setting to assist account representatives and managers obtain the needed skills to provide the best service possible to agency clients. Conceived and developed by
FAIA, the comprehensive AIAM designation is the partner program to the
Elite
Sales School, the Associate in Insurance
Production (AIP) designation, and is the only non-technical customer service
account designation approved by IIABA's Best Practices
Council. This leads to improved customer satisfaction, which increases account retention. Earn the AIAM Designation The prestigious AIAM designation is conferred upon candidates who complete six days of classroom study and who successfully pass an open-book exam for this elite insurance account management training course. Continuing Education Credit The Florida Department of Financial Services (DFS) has approved a total of 36 hours of continuing education credit for AIAM classes. Classroom Study Six full non-consecutive days of study, offered in various Florida cities (or held privately in your agency), comprise the program. FAIA offers each of the six days of study in select Florida cities within a two-year period (some cities, more frequently). Classes cover such topics as customer service skills, negotiation skills, leadership, the psychology of customer relationships, conflict resolution, telephone skills, stress management, workflow habits, ethics, and others. Students are actively involved in the classroom as interactive participation is encouraged. Each day of study is self-contained and may be taken in any order. There is no time limit for completing the six days of study to earn the AIAM designation, and classes.
