We have the hotel and the dates, now all we need is you! The 2012 Planning Session is scheduled for Aug. 9-11 at the Don CeSar Beach Resort in St. Petersburg. Planning Session is where agents plug in to the initiatives and pursuits of the association. It's a forum for agents to share their opinions, propose ideas, and build consensus about the work FAIA does on behalf of its members. It's also an opportunity to get to know other agents, industry colleagues and FAIA staff.

Accommodations and Reservations
FAIA has reserved a block of rooms at the Don Cesar from Aug. 8 through Aug. 12. Group rate is $159 a night, plus 12% tax, and a $5 per night, plus 12% tax, resort fee. Please mention "FAIA 2012 Planning Session" when reserving your room, which can be done online or by calling the Reservations Department at 1-800-282-1116.

Those wanting to extend their stay should contact the Reservations Department to check the availability of the group rate.
