Sponsorship Opportunities


As a sponsor at FAIA's 105th Anniversary Convention & Education Symposium, you'll be recognized for your contribution as a leader within our industry. Contributing companies will be recognized by all as willing to go yet another step in support of independent agents in Florida.

All sponsors are listed in the Convention Program each and every attendee receives and carries throughout the entire meeting. Where appropriate, signage is posted listing the contributing company. Additionally, for sponsorships during the General Session and Thursday night party, company logos may be displayed on the screens throughout the presentation.

Your contribution will allow us to do more for the attendees, while keeping their costs down.

General Convention Sponsorship—$500. As a general sponsor your name will be placed on the WELCOME BAG, along with other general sponsors, each attendee receives when they pick up their credentials envelope. You will also be listed in all Convention promotions, the program, and the sponsor signage front and center at the Convention.

Program$5,000. Attendees will look to the Program for all the details of the Convention. No attendee will be without one! SPONSORED!

Pocket Program$2500. A handy schedule-at-a-glance attendees will refer to throughout the Convention. Sponsoring company will have name and logo on the front of the schedule. SPONSORED!

Credential Envelopes$2500. Have your company name and logo printed on the credential envelope each and every convention registrant receives. SPONSORED!

Room Keys $2500. Personalize the hotel room keys with your company logo. Every attendee in FAIA's room block will have one. SPONSORED!

Row Prizes$1500. One lucky row of attendees at Friday's General Session will receive a copy of either Apollo 13 by James Lovell and Jeffrey Kluger or Failure is Not An Option by Gene Kranz. Each book will be autographed by these two distinguished space legends on a bookplate that can be personalized with sponsoring companies name and logo. SPONSORED!

Thursday Morning Welcoming Coffees or Mimosas$3000. Registrants will enjoy a morning coffee or mimosa (sponsors choice) while picking up their credentials envelope. Signage will be placed and sponsoring company can have representatives on hand to greet attendees, as well as provide napkins.

Thursday Exhibitor Coffee$1000. You will provide a coffee station for exhibitors setting up on Thursday morning. Sponsoring company may provide napkins with your name and logo.

Thursday Night New Member Meet and Greet$3500. FAIA invites members who have joined during the year to a special reception with the FAIA Board of Directors and Past Chairmen. Your company representatives can be a part of this special event. SPONSORED!

Thursday Exhibit Hall LunchAttendees and exhibitors alike have come to love Thursday's lunch in the exhibit hall.

  • Failure Is Not An Option Box Lunch$15,000 Sponsoring company can be front and center as attendees enter the Exhibit Hall and pick up lunch to enjoy while visiting with the record number of exhibitors. Sponsor can provide napkins with their company logo for greater recognition. SPONSORED!
  • Exhibit Hall Dessert Display$10,000 This is a "sweet" sponsorship. Attendees can't resist the tempting cookies and brownies. Sponsor can provide napkins with their company logo for greater recognition.
  • Beverage Station$7500 Sponsor can provide cups with their company logo for tea and lemonade enjoyed by all attendees.

Thursday Afternoon Ice Cream BreakHave your name associated with an ice cream break in the Exhibit Hall on Thursday afternoon. Signage provided. Sponsoring company may provide napkins.Two sponsorships available at $5000 each.

Thursday's Opening Night PartyGOING COUNTRY IS OUT OF THIS WORLD! This will be a fun and entertaining night with music and activities for all ages featuring one of the hottest new bands in country music, The Lost Trailers. .

  • The Lost Trailers SPONSORED! The Lost Trailers have blazed their way through hundreds of honkytonks, joints, roadhouses, night clubs, and concert halls, building a firewall of fiercely loyal fans. They are a band that came together naturally, matured creatively, perform explosively and have poured all of that into Holler Back, their new album on BNA Records. Music is important and has a lasting quality," adds lead vocalist Ryder, aka The Voice. "But music should be fun too, there needs to be a balance. "Holler Back" is a fun song that captures the element of The Lost Trailers' live show which is really important to us as well. Sponsorship for The Lost Trailers$30,000. Partial Sponsorship Available. Sponsoring company will enjoy a reserved table of 10 during Thursday's Opening Night Party, as well as your company name displayed on the screens throughout the performance.
  • Activities for the Young and Young-At-Heart$5000 Attendees of all ages will enjoy activities throughout the room. Sponsoring company will have your company name displayed on the screens throughout the evening.
  • Dessert/Coffee Station$25,000. Attendees will enjoy dessert and coffee throughout the evening. Sponsoring company may provide napkins to use on the dessert tables. Partial Sponsorship Available. Sponsoring company will have your company name displayed on the screens throughout the evening.
  • Beverage BarsBars will be located throughout the Ballroom. Attendees will have two drink tickets. Sponsoring company can have their name on the drink tickets and provide napkins for the attendees. Sponsor one bar for $5000. Sponsoring company may provide napkins to be used at that bar and signage will indicate company sponsorship.Sponsoring company will have your company name displayed on the screens throughout the evening.

Friday's Continental BreakfastBe the first name attendees see before heading into the General Session on Friday morning. Sponsoring company may provide napkins for the breakfast stations and cups for the juice bar.

Friday's Opening General Session:

  • Failure Is Not An Option with Captain James Lovell and Gene Kranz. Two sponsorships are offered. Captain James Lovell $35,000; Gene Kranz $25,000. Sponsoring company will have company name and logo displayed on the screen throughout their presentation on Friday morning. You will also have an opportunity for a coffee meet and greet at 7:30 am the morning of their presentation with photo opportunity.
  • Nothing To Fear But Fear Itself with Dan Gardner, columnist and senior writer for the Ottawa Citizen, specializing in criminal justice and other investigative issues. Dan Gardner will demonstrate just how fortunate we are to be alive today—and how little risk the average person actually faces from the dramatic dangers that grab headlines. Sponsoring company will have company name and logo displayed on the screen throughout their presentation on Friday morning. $8,000

Friday Afternoon Beverage Break$10,000. Have your name associated with an adult beverage break in the Exhibit Hall on Friday afternoon that everyone is going to enjoy. Sponsoring company may provide napkins and/or cups.

Exhibit Hall EntertainmentYou'll host fun and lively entertainment throughout the Exhibit Hall. If you are an exhibitor, most entertainers can spend time at your booth, which encourages greater attendance. If you are not an exhibitor and sponsor one of the exhibit hall entertainers, FAIA will offer you two complimentary one day passes into the Exhibit Hall.

  • Magician. Our magician's sleight of hand artistry and warm, friendly personality will amaze and entertain attendees on Thursday afternoon. $1500
  • Balloon Art with Rick Weil. Rick will entertain and amaze you with his balloon creations Thursday and Friday. If you are an exhibitor, he can position himself at your booth and amuse convention attendees throughout the entire tradeshow. $2500
  • Tagi 2000 Robot. Tagi 2000 is a 5'4" state-of-the-art, mobile robot. His capabilities include standard features of on-board adjustable, digital sound effects, full mobility, bright blue lighted eyes, mouth lights and one arm movement. Tagi can hand out promotional material, shake hands, or gesture. Tagi 2000 is controlled by a professional operator, has an approximate range of 100 feet. $1500 (Thursday from 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.) SPONSORED!
  • Jay Peg II. Jay peg is approximately 5' tall with standard features of adjustable digital sound effects, full mobility, bright blue lighted eyes, red mouth lights and one arm movement. Jay peg enjoys operation via a miniature remote control system housed in a coffee mug. His range is approximately 100 feet.   • Comedy Improv Actor. This outer space nerd will engage and interact with passerby's with his improve skills. $1500 (Thursday from 1:30 p.m. 4:30 p.m.)
  • Stilt Performers. These Stilt Performers excel in audience interaction and participation. $1500 (Friday from 12:00 Noon – 3:00 p.m.)

Breakout Sessions$1,500 each. Be viewed as one of the industry's education supporters. Each session addresses important industry topics. Please call for session topics.

Saturday's Installation and Awards LunchDessert Extravaganza$7,500. A delectable dessert will adorn the table for all attending to enjoy.
