Accessing Web Mail

  1. Open a web browser such as Internet Explorer.
  2. Navigate to http://mail.faia.net:8383
  3. Sign into the web mail using your full email address as the User ID. If you do not know your password, please contact it@faia.com to have it reset.
  4. Hit the Log In button.
  5. You should now be viewing your folder list. Click View Mail to view your Inbox.

Changing Passwords

  1. First, please login to the web mail interface using the directions above.
  2. In the upper, right hand side of the site, there is a drop down box called Account Options . . .
  3. Select this box, and choose Change Password from the drop down menu.

  1. Fill in your current password into the Old Password field.
  2. Fill in the desired password into the New Password and Confirm Password fields.
  3. Click Save, and you password will be updated. **NOTE** You have to update the password in your mail client (Outlook) before it can access your mail again.

Vacation Message

  1. First, please login to the web mail interface using the directions above.
  2. In the upper, right hand side of the site, there is a drop down box called Account Options . . .
  3. Select this box, and choose My Vacation Message from the drop down menu.

  1. Enter the vacation message you desire, and click the Save button.
  2. Your vacation message will be sent once to each user that sends you mail and is limited to 1000 characters.
  3. To disable the vacation message, simply delete everything in the text box and hit Save. Be sure to delete any spaces!

Forwarding Mail

  1. First, please login to the web mail interface using the directions above.
  2. In the upper, right hand side of the site, there is a drop down box called Account Options . . .
  3. Select this box, and choose Forwarding from the drop down menu.

  1. Enter the email address you wish to have all your mail forwarded to, and click the Save button.
