The FAIA Good Works Fund
The FAIA Good Works Fund supports charitable activity within the insurance industry, giving priority to insurance education including scholarship programs.
The Fund was created in 2009 with a $500,000 board-approved donation from FAIA intended to:
- Establish endowments at community colleges that offer insurance degree programs
- Provide scholarships to students in insurance degree programs to foster the recruitment of new talent into the insurance industry
- Provide those working within the industry disaster relief and public assistance as needed
The Community Foundation of North Florida manages all contributions to the FAIA Good Works Fund, which are tax-deductible charitable donations.
