Designations and Sales ClassesBack To Education Home
The 2012 schedule for the most highly regarded and sought after professional designations in the country - CIC, CISR and CRM - is now available, and registration is open! FAIA offers these programs in partnership with The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research. National Alliance professional designation programs available to FAIA members include: Certified Insurance Counselors program (CIC): The CIC program offers practical and comprehensive technical knowledge in all areas of the insurance industry. Commercial producers with CIC designation earn 26 percent more money than their non-CIC counterparts. |
| Certified Insurance Service Representatives Program (CISR): The CISR designation program is geared toward customer service representatives, account executives, servicing agents and other insurance professionals. The designation increases the effectiveness of insurance service providers by providing complete knowledge of risks, coverages, and exposures. |
| Certified Risk Managers Program (CRM): The CRM program provides in-depth knowledge about identifying, analyzing, controlling, financing, and administering operational risks- and much more. CRMs increase their value to their organization because they learn how risks can interrupt the flow of earnings and how to proactively protect against those risks.
