Accommodations

Important: Some agents have been contacted by room block pirates seeking to divert attendees and exhibitors away from official room blocks or offering bogus discounts (with strings attached!). FAIA is the only official entity that will contact you about FAIA's Convention room block. 

ORLANDO WORLD CENTER MARRIOTT

(The room block at the Orlando World Center Marriott is sold out)

FAIA has secured a block of rooms at the host hotel, the Orlando World Center Marriott.

  • Rate: $245.00 a night plus applicable taxes and fees (currently 12.5%).
  • Parking: Complimentary self-parking for overnight guests. Day guests receive a 50% discount off self-parking ($16 + tax each day). Valet parking is $50.00.
  • Reservations: Call 1-800-621-0638 or book your room online.
  • Room cut-off date: May 9, 2025, or until all rooms in the block have been filled.
  • Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.; check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel your reservation 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one night’s room charge.

Resort Fee is $47.00 and includes the following:

  • Enhanced in-room wireless internet for up to six devices
  • Daily admission to River Falls Water Park for up to four guests.*
  • Daily scheduled shuttle service to Disney Parks for up to four guests.
  • Nightly scheduled shuttle service to Disney Springs for up to four guests
  • A bucket of golf balls and use of rental clubs at driving range daily for up to four guests.
  • Fifteen percent off retail rates for green fee rates (excludes merchandise)

    • *River Falls Water Park features thrilling waterslides and a lazy river featuring a zero entry for all day play.

 

Buena Vista Suites

FAIA has secured a limited number of rooms at the Buena Suites Resort.

  • Rate: $149 a night, plus a $10 resort fee that includes complimentary parking, complimentary breakfast, in room Wi-Fi, and access to state of-the-art fitness center.
  • Reservations: Book your room online or call 1-407-238-8000 and mention FAIA overflow block.
  • Room cut-off date: May 19, 2025, or until all rooms in the block have been filled.
  • Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.; check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

Marriott Village Orlando

FAIA has secured a limited number of rooms at the Marriott Village Orlando.

  • Rate: $163.00 a night. Group rate available three days before and after the event, based on availability. Complimentary wireless internet, daily destination fee waived
  • Parking: Complimentary self-parking. (Transportation to and from the Orlando World Center Marriott will be provided.)
