Important: Some agents have been contacted by room block pirates seeking to divert attendees and exhibitors away from official room blocks or offering bogus discounts (with strings attached!). FAIA is the only official entity that will contact you about FAIA's Convention room block. 

Wednesday night is sold out! Please book your room for Thursday and Friday! You can book at the overflow for Wednesday! If you would like to be added to a waitlist for Wednesday night, please send an email to Cindy Molnar!

Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center

FAIA has secured a block of rooms at the host hotel, the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center.

• Rate: $249.00 a night plus applicable taxes and fees (currently 14.5%). Resort Fee $45.00. Book your room online or call 1-877-491-0442.
• Parking: All group attendees will receive a discounted self-parking fee of $12.00 and a discounted valet parking fee of $20.00.
• Room cut-off date: May 15, 2026, or until all rooms in the block have been filled.
• Check-in time: is 4:00 PM; Check-out time: is 11:00 AM

Please cancel your reservation 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one night’s room charge.

SpringHill Suites Orlando Lake Buena Vista

FAIA has secured a limited number of rooms at the SpringHill Suites Orlando Lake Buena Vista in the Marriott Village.

• Rate: $165 per night, plus taxes & fees currently at $20.62 ($185.62). Book your room.
• Parking: Complimentary Self-Parking
• Breakfast: Complimentary Breakfast Included
• Room cut-off date: May 26, 2026, or until all rooms in the block have been filled. 
• Transportation provided from the SpringHill Suites to the Gaylord Palms Resort
