Breakout sessions at FAIA’s Convention (most with CE credits) are talked about far and wide because they are interesting, informative, and fun! FAIA staff works hard to bring you the best speakers who will deliver the information you need to know. One of the favorite instructors you get to hear every year is FAIA instructor David Thompson.  David begins work on his classes day after Convention is over. He brings in guest instructors who always offer a different perspective and can always make for an entertaining session.

FAIA’s 2019 Convention is no exception. David will lead two classes this year. On Wednesday and Friday, David and Chris Boggs, executive director of the Big “I” Virtual University, will discuss (maybe debate is a better word) a variety of insurance subjects. I’ll let David tell you himself

One of our most popular classes each year is E&O. E&O 2019 will not disappoint. David has invited Blake Sando, with Cole, Scott & Kissane; Lauren Fallick with Haber Law; and Robert Norberg, president of Arden Insurance. These two hired guns and an agent will examine E&O from different perspectives—an agent, a defense attorney and a plaintiff’s attorney. No security needed but you can bet there will be some opposing viewpoints discussed. David will, no doubt, engage this group so all sides are deliberated. He tells it best himself. Take a listen.

As you know, you don't pre-register for any of the classes offered during the Convention. Check out all of the sessions and plan your time there. Get to class early to make sure you have a seat.

If you haven't registered, go ahead and check that off your list. Most important is to get your room booked at the Orlando World Center Marriott or at SpringHill Suites Orlando Lake Buena Vista in Marriott Village. Book through our website to make sure you are included in our block.

Of course, we have a lot more going on at the Convention that you don't want to miss. We look forward to seeing you in June!
