Led by Senator Doug Broxson and organized by the Consumer Protection Coalition, more than 125 Florida Association of Insurance Agents members and consumers walked from downtown Tallahassee to the front steps of the old Capitol on March 20, to call for an end to abusive AOB practices that are harming Florida consumers by increasing the cost of home and auto insurance.

AOB reform, FAIA's top priority this legislative session, was front and center during FAIA's annual Capitol Days, held March 19–20 in Tallahassee.
