Homeowners Insurance Micro-Credential (10 Hours) provides a clear and practical overview of the ISO 2022
Homeowners Program, including policy structure, coverage forms, and key endorsements. The course covers essential topics such as dwelling policies, property and liability coverage, eligibility guidelines, additional insureds, home-sharing, wind-driven rain, and recreational vehicles. It also addresses policy exclusions, rating factors, and underwriting considerations. Only two ABEN Microcredentials are approved for Continuing Education (CE) credit in Florida:
- Personal Auto Microcredential
- Homeowners Microcredential
Each course awards 10 hours of CE credit upon full completion, including passing the final exam.
Important: Partial credit will not be awarded. You must complete the entire course and successfully pass the exam to receive CE credit.
