FAIA has partnered with GoalMakers to bring a streamlined, fully-virtual version of a traditional MBA curriculum in the new FAIA IA-MBA Program. Through the program, you can learn, understand, and apply the best practices of organizational leadership and business finances and get access to the knowledge and resources you need to improve your business immediately. Designed for existing and aspiring managers, the training will enhance your professional knowledge to help you and your team thrive.

The FAIA IA-MBA program is a 10-week hybrid of self-paced learning with expert-led facilitated live sessions to learn and implement these practices within your agency immediately. You'll also connect with leading agencies across the country to gain knowledge and share resources. After the 10 weeks, you will have access to the eLearning for an entire year.

By the end of the course, you will have the skills, knowledge, and resources you need to be more successful and a certification to let the world know it! Upon completing this program, you will receive the IA-MBA certification as a digital badge for LinkedIn and professional credentials.
