Julia F. Freeman, ACSR, AIAM

Special Projects Manager

Julia, a native of Ft. Myers, Florida, was hired in August 1994, initially as the assistant to Scott Johnson. She became FAIA’s Special Projects Manager in 2003. Her primary responsibilities include production of the Agents Confidential and other broadcasts, serving as the Trusted Choice® staff liaison, working with FAIA’s Pay It Forward Committee, managing the production of the Membership Directory, and proofreading and editing. For FAIA, she edited From Cartels to Competition, FAIA’s centennial history tome, and the Winds of Change.

Currently, she resides in Gainesville, FL, with her husband, Charles. She holds three degrees in music: a Bachelor of Arts from Furman University, a Master of Church Music from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Master of Arts in Arts Administration from Florida State University. In her free time, she enjoys reading mystery novels, going to Walt Disney World, singing with the Gainesville Community Chorus, and working on jigsaw puzzles.
