Capitol Days is where agents learn first-hand about the issues and legislation that could affect their business and the industry's future. They use that knowledge to help advance FAIA's legislative goals by meeting with their legislators to share concerns or show support. Young Agents Council members arrive a day earlier on Monday, March 3 for the YAC Political Summit, designed to introduce Florida's young agents to political action committees and the political process, and put that knowledge into practice by dialing for InsurPac dollars and meeting with legislators to help advance FAIA's legislative goals.
