Shannon GaNun

is a keynote speaker and workshop leader on a mission to empower business professionals to communicate clearly, lead confidently, and intentionally grow their organizations. Known for her down-to-earth humor and real-world insights, Shannon has 30+ years of experience working with leaders—from companies, insurance agencies, private clubs, associations, nonprofits, and Congress—to deliver clear, compelling messages that get results. Shannon is also an instructor at Georgia Southern University, teaching public speaking classes to undergraduates and communication and leadership classes to professionals. Her education includes a Master of Arts in Professional Communication and Leadership from Armstrong State University (now Georgia Southern University) and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. When she’s not keeping her mind in peak condition via her communication and leadership training, Shannon tries to keep her body in peak condition through running, weightlifting, and teaching yoga, Pilates, and group fitness classes. Along with her husband Ed (a pilot and a retired Naval Officer and Aviator), Shannon has three grown children: Natalie, Jacqueline, and James. She is also active in her parish, St. Anne Catholic Church.

Ryan has built, scaled, and sold his own business, Rogue Risk, and has delivered more than 400 keynotes and a TEDx talk. His work centers on helping leaders unlock clarity, discipline, and execution in a world full of distractions

Casey Nelson

is a dynamic professional with a unique background. Casey spent nine years as a high school teacher and coach before diving into the insurance world in 2015. Since then, he's served as COO of a successful agency and even managed a roofing company. In 2021, he founded StakWise, where he brings his passion for teaching, technology, and sports together to help independent agents optimize their operations through data automation. Casey is equal parts teacher, nerd, sports fan, and all-around relatable guy. His mission is to empower agencies to leverage their technology in a way that’s both effective and easy to understand.

Tonya DeVane

is an experienced leader with over two decades of expertise in leadership, employee development, and group facilitation. As the Vice President of Customer Success & Product Optimization at The Omnia Group, she specializes in assisting companies in identifying the most talented individuals and constructing high-performing teams. Tonya utilizes personality assessments to uncover the strengths of each team member, which is one of her areas of expertise.

In addition to her proficiency in talent development, Tonya is highly skilled in sales and leadership. She has trained employees and facilitated webinars to enhance their sales and leadership abilities. Tonya's educational background includes a degree in Human Service Counseling and certification in Human Resource Management. She is committed to fostering inclusive work environments by utilizing her expertise and the power of personality assessments to help teams reach their full potential.
