Amends provisions relating to the ability of unit owners to cancel a grant, reservation, or contract related to the operation, maintenance, or management of a condominium association or property serving the unit owners of a condominium association entered into before unit owners other than the developer assumed control of the association.

 

Effective date: July 1, 2025, unless otherwise provided in the bill.
