The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research has named Cat Liffner, a Personal Lines account manager with Beck Partners, the 2018 Outstanding CSR of the Year for the state of Florida.
The award is regarded as the foremost national award of its kind and recognizes the contributions and commitment of those who serve clients within the insurance industry.
To qualify for this top state honor, Cat submitted the winning essay on the topic, “In today’s business environment, CSRs are finding that more work is required from a smaller staff pool. As a CSR, what four ways have you found beneficial in helping you accomplish work tasks while still providing excellent customer service? In short, how do you do more with less?”
Cat will receive a framed certificate, embossed with the special Outstanding CSR of the Year bronze medallion, and becomes one of 28 individuals eligible for the national honor.
Cat started her insurance career in 2006 and joined the team at Beck Partners Insurance in 2013.
“I receive constant praises from our clients on the care and expertise she provides daily,” said Reid Rushing, president of Insurance at Beck Partners. “She inspires our team with her engaging energy and dedication to our clients. This is a well-deserved honor for her and I couldn’t be prouder to have her on our team.”
