Fetch updates our information multiple times weekly and will always have the most up-to-date underwriting quick reference and bulletin information available in our platform from our partners carriers.

How can I guarantee the accuracy of the data?
All data provided by Fetch comes directly from our carrier partners' underwriters, their guidelines/manuals, or other verifiable sources.

Who is Ellie?
Ellie is our AI enabled Underwriting Assistant at your fingertips!  She helps agents save a lot of time by answering everything from simple to complex underwriting questions with their insurance carrier partners. 

Can I add additional users to my account?
Yes! You can easily add and remove users from your account on, which is accessible from the administrator's name located in the upper right corner our “Team” page of any page on the platform.

Is there an additional cost for users on my team?
Yes, we keep our pricing simple and include all features for all users at an FAIA discounted rate of $45 per user per month.

How much data does Fetch have?
A lot!  We have the largest database of FL property insurance guidelines in existence, and we continuously update it so you don’t have to!

When will my account be billed?
Monthly plans are billed the day you sign up and every 30 days thereafter. 

Is my subscription locked into a contract?
No!  You can cancel your subscription at any time.  Your Pro status will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
